Last Chance: Submit a Nomination for the Apra Board of Directors

Date: , , - , ,
Location:

If you are interested in nominating yourself or a colleague for a 2022 - 2023 Board of Directors position, please complete the nominations form by Tuesday, March 8.

Apra board service is an excellent way for you to grow and develop your leadership skills! Board members actively participate in strategic planning, budgeting, advocacy, visioning, and problem solving. You’ll gain organizational leadership experience relevant in any industry. While actively giving back and helping shape the future of Apra.

In many cases, volunteering for Apra begins with encouragement and support from a colleague. Please take a moment to consider whether there is a member or two that you think would serve Apra and the prospect development and philanthropy community well by being part of the Apra Board. Any member can put forward other individuals whom you believe are well suited via the nominations form. You can, of course, also use the form to make a self-nomination.

Apra is a professional organization guided by ethics and strongly encourages diverse candidates to apply. We welcome all to review Apra’s Diversity and Inclusion Statement of Principles for more information.

A description of responsibilities and qualifications can be found on Apra's website. The FAQ page also provides information as one considers nomination.
