The New Researchers Symposium is now Apra Fundamentals: Prospect Research

Join us for the Winter Apra Fundamentals: Prospect Research event, taking place in Chicago on February 27, 2019.  We've changed our name, but this much-anticipated educational event continues to be specifically designed for fundraising professionals who are just beginning their careers or wish to fast-track their capabilities and skill set.

With access to an online community of attendees and faculty experts, on-demand webinars, reading materials and a one-day, hands-on training, participants will walk away with the fundamentals (see what we did there?)

Build a Foundation. You Will Learn:

  • Practical skills and knowledge to be applied immediately in prospect development work.
  • The critical role prospect development plays in the fundraising process.
  • How rewarding and FUN it is to work in the field of prospect development!
  •  Attendees will also have multiple opportunities to share experiences with other colleagues new to the field, begin to build a network of professional contacts, and acquire materials that will help to improve their work.

"While I'm not a new researcher, I have never had official training in the field. This is worth it, even if you're not brand new--you'll come out of it with a better idea of your role and what you can do to move development forward."
