In-person registration includes full access to education sessions, three general sessions, exhibit hall access, networking breakfasts, breaks, and a lunch, physical conference materials, and the Tuesday opening reception. Please note, attendees are not required to sign up for PD breakout sessions (Wednesday-Friday) and may attend whichever sessions they like while in Baltimore.

**We know you can’t attend every session at PD2025, and sometimes it's hard to choose which one to attend. A selection of education sessions will be recorded, with video/audio of the presenter synced with their session material (i.e., PowerPoint). Conference attendees can purchase the digital copy of the recordings with their registration for $200. Be sure to select the Conference Recordings add-on option when registering. The sessions Apra plans to record will be publicized in April.
***Guest pass includes access to the exhibit hall, Tuesday opening reception and Wednesday lunch. Guest passes may only be purchased by full-conference PD attendees. Guests must be 21 or over to attend the opening reception.
Pre-Conference Offerings
Apra Fundamentals: Prospect Research, Apra Fundamentals: Relationship Management, Data Science Now, the Emerging Leaders Cohort and the Executive Leadership Cohort will take place before the conference on Tuesday, Aug. 19, and require an additional registration fee. Pre-conference sessions are optional and can be purchased as an add-on to your PD in-person conference registration or as a standalone. These sessions are only available for in-person attendees.

Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellations, refunds, transfers in registration type, and substitutions must be submitted in writing to registration@aprahome.org. Phone calls will not be accepted.
- In-person registration cancellations made on or before July 18, 2025, will receive a full refund minus a $150 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date.
- If you wish to switch from an in-person registration to a virtual registration, the refund deadlines are as follows:
- On or Before July 18, 2025: No penalty for change; refund in the difference of fees given
- After July 18, 2025: No refund in the difference of fees given
Your registration may be transferred to a member of your organization, up to 5 days before the event, at no penalty. Membership status will be verified and additional fees assessed as appropriate. Badge sharing is not allowed. There are no refunds for no-shows.
Refunds will be credited in the manner paid. Allow up to 30 days after the event to receive your refund. Please remember that canceling or changing your registration does not automatically cancel or change your hotel and travel arrangements. Attendees are responsible for adjusting their own hotel and travel reservations.
