What are the dates for PD2025?

The conference opening reception will take place on Aug. 19. Main conference programming will take place Aug. 20-22. Pre-conference workshops will take place on Aug. 19.

Where will Apra’s 2025 conference be held?

Apra is excited to welcome attendees to the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor Hotel in Baltimore! The hotel is located at 401 West Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD 21201.

When will registration open?

Registration will open for both the in-person conference and virtual ticket in April.

Is there a virtual ticket option?

Yes. In addition to the in-person conference, we are pleased to offer a virtual option that will provide access to general sessions and education across four session rooms throughout the three conference days. A virtual ticket purchase also gives you access to all session recordings. Please visit our registration page to learn more about the virtual ticket option.

What is Apra's registration cancellation policy?

Requests for cancellations, refunds, transfers in registration type and substitutions must be submitted in writing to registration@aprahome.org. Phone calls will not be accepted.

  • In-person registration cancellations made on or before July 21, 2025, will receive a full refund minus a $150 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date.
  • If you wish to switch from an in-person registration to a virtual registration, the refund deadlines are as follows: 
    • On or Before July 21, 2025: No penalty for change; refund in the difference of fees given
    • After July 21, 2025: No refund in the difference of fees given

Your registration may be transferred to a member of your organization, up to 5 days before the event, at no penalty. Membership status will be verified and additional fees assessed as appropriate. Badge sharing is not allowed. There are no refunds for no-shows.

Refunds will be credited in the manner paid. Allow up to 30 days after the event to receive your refund. Please remember that canceling or changing your registration does not automatically cancel or change your hotel and travel arrangements. Attendees are responsible for adjusting their own hotel and travel reservations.

When can I expect to book my hotel room?

Apra has a dedicated room block connected to this year’s conference. A hotel booking link will be provided in your registration confirmation email.

Are any meals included in the conference registration fee?

Yes, breakfasts are included, and lunch will be provided on Wednesday, Aug. 20. 

Where can I find information on-site?

Apra will be utilizing its PD mobile app to relay all conference information, including the detailed schedule, sponsor information and more. Apra’s mobile app will be your go-to for all information as there will be no printed on-site guide this year. Details on how to download the mobile app will be shared one month before the conference begins.

Will there be conference recordings this year?

Yes. Apra is pleased to offer recordings of 40+ sessions from PD2025. Attendees can bundle their in-person registration with access to the conference recordings for an additional $200. Conference recordings access will increase in price to $540 for Apra members and $710 for non-members at the conclusion of the event.

Please note: Those who purchase the virtual ticket will automatically receive access to all conference recordings as part of their ticket.
