To Our Apra Community,
As the global situation relating to COVID-19 has continued to evolve, the Apra Board of Directors has made the difficult but necessary decision to cancel the in-person Prospect Development 2020 event, August 4-7 in Washington, D.C.
We do not take this unprecedented decision lightly. Ultimately, the health and well-being of our attendees, speakers, exhibitors and staff are our top priority.
We know how important it is for our community to get together to connect and stay up-to-date on the latest in prospect development. We are excited to announce we will be hosting a virtual conference this year, with more details to follow in the coming weeks. While we are disappointed we won't be able to connect in person, we look forward to providing you with the education, networking and access to the latest industry tools we all need now, more than ever.
We'll be sharing more information soon, and we also encourage you to attend Apra's Annual Business Meeting, June 9 at 1:00 p.m. CT, during which we will update you with the latest on our planning for a virtual event.
We also would like to thank you for your patience, understanding and support while the Board of Directors worked toward making this decision. Planning and executing a large conference like Prospect Development involves many parties and partners, and we have taken careful steps to consider all options.
We look forward to connecting with you online later this year. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
